The MDC takes away all Constitution Rights AUGUST 28-2009

People August 28 2009 is a day that every person in Missouri should know about and read about,but once again your local newspapers think its not as newsworthy as say Tiger Woods sex exploits...August 28 2009 is the day that YOUR state legislators gave away all your Missouri constitutional rights and National rights..To the Missouri Dept of Conservation by passing the revised statues of Missouri Chapter 252..It takes away every constitutional right you thought you had..I mean your freedom of choice -property ownership-your Liberty to do as you please with your acreage and you have lost the right of having anyone to come on your property to search and sieze without a warrant...Most people dont know that article 1-in Missouri constititution basically says any laws that effect the people of this state most come from the people..I personally do not know of one person who was told of -or read this RSMO 252..Our legislators did this once again behind our backs..
Back in 1936 when the people decided to create this Dept they clearly put in the Missouri constitution section 40(a)designating the powers of the MDC is only for MDC owned property..not for private property...by then people were smart enough to know how to control the wildlife on their property and had the means to get around quick enough to stop the meat hunters(poachers)..
Now under Chapter 252 the MDC claims ownership of all that walks-flies-swims-or crawls-and the land under it...Which means people you don't own it anymore...

I Don't know about you people but I sure as hell will try and stop them from coming on my land for any reason..

The MDC fabricating story's again

Looks like the Missouri Dept of "Commies" is at it again..I Was sitting in a waiting room and picked up the paper and saw the following article..The MDC recorded 4 firearms related DEER HUNTING INCIDENTS ONE WAS FATAL One hunter leaned his 12 gauge shotgun against a tree and it fell over and went off and a pellet hit his hand..Next 2 guys were showing each other how to load a rifle when it went off -ricochet off a trailer and a piece hit him in the leg..Next guy grabbed his rifle while getting out of a vechicle and the gun went off hitting his elbow-the last report says a hunter was taking his rifle off his shoulder on a sling when he grabbed the trigger and it went off killing his buddy...
The point is what the hell does the afore mentioned have to do with DEER HUNTING but once again the MDC will put this crap in their records as Deer hunting accidents with rifles...
People this is how they fabricate all this crap and then say "it would be much worse if your not wrapped up in Orange""If people had somewhere else to go rather than the MDC propaganda sites they just might find out that over the years almost all the people shot in a "real" hunting accident were wearing orange..When someone shoots at something and that bullet hits an object and goes some where else it don't care what color you are wearing..Most of these accidents are caused by too short a season and shoot anything that moves regulations instead of Buck or Doe only ..Give it some thought ..and anyone who mistakes a human being for a deer or turkey should be locked up....

Close the youth seasons

About a week ago I was shown a picture of a 6 year old girl(looked like 4 ) that scared the hell out of me and just plain pissed me off..It was in a paper called the Ozark county times and I wish I could put it on the internet.The little baby was sitting in her so called"fathers"lap and had her lip and jaw laying on the receiver and her arm wrapped around the stock about 8 inches up from the back of the stock and the stock looked like it was on the Fathers chest???If anyone out there has ever been kicked by the recoil of a rifle especially with a scope you know what I am thinking about that poor liitle girl...and underneeth it had a caption Dad was going to have his girl use the same gun for his deer as he did and it was OK by the MDC...for youth season...According to what I read any youth is supposed to be capable of picking that rifle up and be physically able to control it..Like I said before there isn't a 6 year old on the planet that can stand up and shoot an average deer rifle in calibers like 30-06,308,270 and even a 243..and hit a paper plate at 25 yds..and what kind of a moron would subject a 6-7 or 8 year old to something like that...
Hey MDC where are you..There is a guy proving what ever one knows about this youth hunting season just being an early one for adults..Look at the picture its the proof....
Well guess what -I was just shown that paper yesterday and lo and behold here is a photo and it reads Nyla Landsdown 6 kills her first deer...We know who killed that deer..Enough said..
I still say close the youth season and the muzzelloader season and open the season for the whole month of November..That way John Q Public will not be jammed into what amounts to a 4 day season and a whole lot less amount of hunters will be out there making it safer and more enjoyable....If someone out there knows where I can put this photo on the internet let me know...

Has the Missouri Dept of commies lost its mind

I ran into a fellow the other day and for some reason he says to me..Your a hunter what do you think about that new law that says a 6 year old can go into a store and buy a hunting license..and go hunting by himself ,to which I replied"I have not even looked at the handbook they put out,but I don,t think you read it right or are you just trying to get me riled up and are funin with me.Well we chated for awhile and I made a point to get that book and I still can not believe what I saw...He was right.A 6 year old can get a license and go hunting without adult supervision ..What can I say..Missouri is noted for being the dumbest state in the country along with Arkansas..The MDC has lost its F---ing mind...I can,t even begin to imagine what the hell is going thru those people minds..and to add insult to injury once again they can get a buck tag for $8.50 and a doe tag for $3.50...

Nowadays it seems the people of this state and country have a hell of a time getting the news media to print the simple truth....and mainly-NO actually the #1 reason is Lawyers.Their entire life revolves around finding someone to sue and over the years they have turned the profession into the most hated scumbags on the planet..and its well deserved...they earned it..
There are 2 newspapers(for lack of something better to call them)which I will not buy down in Douglas county and Ozark county...Like the MDC they are "commie" oriented and will print every piece of CRAP that the MDC sends to them...If John Q.Public corrects them they absolutly will not print any letter or e-mail sent to them...Now it seems that a long time writer to these papers Larry Dablemont has exposed the MDC and these papers will not print it...These jackasses I guesss have never heard of checking out a story...If its not true don't print it--but if it is then your as guilty as those SOB,s at the MDC..So they leave the guys story out and what do they put in instead,once again a bunch of pure CRAPOLA on all they are doing to eliminate wild hogs...Like shooting them from a helicopter..Who the hell does the MDC think they are flying over head in a "copter" shooting anything..Maybe the MDC will get lucky and piss some guy off that is on his own property and get their ass shot down because from the air -they did not know where they were...I can see the headline "bowhunter found shot in national forest while hunting hogs"

The MDC ought to get their prioritys straight

Well here we go again with the MDC rant on wild hogs and all the destruction they cause...The only problem most guys I talk with is "where are these hogs we'd like to put some in the freezer...On the other hand the MDC protects the 2 most destructive animals in the state..Cattle and armadillos...I'd like to see a survey of people and ask the question which cause more damage in your place hogs or armadillos....Then I'd like to see the MDC release figures on the damage being done to the Quality of water supply by runoff from the cattle waste..Don't hold your breath..

NO Hogs allowed--Lets destroy the land with cattle

It seems there are alot of happy people in Missouri-mainly hunters..John Hoskins is going to retire..I,m glad hes going too but not so happy to think that the man(like many politicians)will be getting a pension for screwing up the state of Missouri hunting and fishing...
I guess you know that poor guy who listened and read all this crap about the wild hogs got a fine and 6months probation for doing something the MDC said it was alright to do because they control the hunting and seasons on the National forest..The USFS says no way-they have the say on the forest and I say I(we) have the say on our private property...Personally I wish I had a few hogs on the menu..Ive have talked to many property owners in South central MO and only one said he "thinks"he may have seen a hog--and anyhow I can not see what damage some would do in this neck of the woods...There is no row farming simply because there is no dirt too speak off..and secondly it should be up to property owners to decide...There have been hogs in MO since man settled here..They are worried about a little hog damage but its OK that imported cattle have caused the destruction of almost 10 MILLION acres...Try to get an answer from the MDC on that...Good luck...They just can,t get it thru their skull that cattle are NOT NATIVE to this country but several types of PIGS are...

The "C" in MDC does not stand for conservation

I was talking to a young lady who contacted me about helping out with getting rid of the MDC..
It seems it was her Grandpa,s last wish..She had checked out sites like Take back the MDC but that site is defunct and Larry Dabelmont who was starting something about the MDC but as she put it but he was only looking to sell books(pad his pocket)She even offered to set up a website but I told her I could not be of much help because I can only get dail-up service..Her Grandpa left her a tidy sum to give to some-one to help get rid of the MDC...Here,s her story...
It seems her Grand pa was having trouble with squirrels chewing up his feeder so he got his 22 out and started thinning them out..He lived along a main road and one day a pick-up pulled in and asked him what he was doing.He told the man -and then the fella said he was a MDC agent and was going to give him a warning ticket about shooting squirrels out of season..Grandpa ..was'nt too impressed and told him he would take care of his own problems on his own land and he wouldn,t have these problems if the SOB next door had not gone and bulldozed 100 acres flat so he could put more cattle in..Grandpa asked the agent where the hell do you think all the "critters" that the bulldozer did not kill went...and then proceeded to tell the agent "Squirels are only half the problem...I have a 100 coon and possum I sure don,t need either...Then Grandpa asked the agent "did you give that guy a warning for all the animals he killed"to which the agent replied...Where did he shoot them?Grandpa said he didn,t shoot them
you moron he killed them with the bulldozer,and told the agent to go look in that pile the dozer pushed up..There were fawns crushed- old trees with hollows with crushed possum and racoons.When the wind was right it sure stunk this Gal said.The agent then told Grandpa what the man done was not illegal..So Grandpa thought a minute and then said to the agent..Now let me get this straight--as long as I use a bulldozer I can go out and kill anything I see any time of the year...The agent told Grandpa don,t you get smart with me...and Grandpa said to the agent I,m going to count to 10 and you better have your ass off my land....
This is only one of the reasons we have to at least get the word conservation out of the MDC because they don,t know what it means...
And by the way guess what John Hoskins does with his land--Yup --cattle -so what the hell does he care about conservation...

The MDC owes the Landowner Money--its time to collect

I've had some interesting talks with a few people about their feelings on the loss of property rights and how to deal with them..Pretty much all agree our State representatives absolutely do NOT represent the people and pass laws that benefit their asses...
That is mainly the reason for this blog and hopefully some day a web site for the people to pool their resources and ideas..If you leave out the word Game and fish Depts and then make a list of what defines communisn and socialism it fits them to a "T"....
We need to get rid of them and start over-but you even hear the same broken down retoric from "Joe Blow" as the representatives...We got them in but now we can't get them out because blah-blah..Thats qualifies as brainwashing..Heres an Idea how to start to get rid of them...Take away their Money..Landowners I hope you realize the MDC is selling licenses to hunt and fish on YOUR LAND ....and your not getting a dime..First thing we need to do is close all private property for hunting etc..except for the owner..Lets see how many license the MDC sells then..Then make the MDC stamp on the license Good for MDC property ownly which is exactly what the Missouri constitution says the MDC can manage NOT private property...Its the property owner that should be getting those fees for hunting NOT the MDC..
The next thing is to vote out that sales tax money the MDC gets..They are spending it on everything but the wildlife of this state..
The MDC puts out this fancy shiny magazine called the conservationist and it never mentions the private citizens work..The last one I looked at had stories about MDC stream teams and the MDC once again patting themselves on the back when the fact of the story is --the good people of Missouri are cleaning the mess up and the MDC is taking the credit...
I,m sure most people know what an oxymoron is..Well here is one from another state...
First line reads--Wildlife is the property of the State..
Last line says--Nothing herein shall be construed to infringe on the right of private property owners to control their own property---Say WHAT!!~Now thats what happens when a Lawyer writes it up...You got to give this one some serious thought---and then realize the type of idiots we deal with OR are we the Idiots...

How about the facts

This little blog in a way has nothing to do with Missouri like many other states,but what it does is let the other states "copy"each other..Meaning the MDC says "hey they are doing it in this state so lets do it here...
Back in 1979 in Washington state- Game and fish put out an ad for someone to conduct a study on What was called "color visability in the woods for safety"..Seemed innocent enough..Well the people that got the contract had access to a large ranch and was able to get at least 16 college volunteers to help..The ranch area had leafy(deciduous )trees in the valley-sagebrush wide open going up the mountain and evergreen forest near the top and that pretty much covered many types of terrain..
The students were sent along established routes and swapped back and forth so all would be able to cover the area...The students were given different color hats and vests..and at the end of 2 months just before hunting season the results were put together and presented to Game and Fish..#1 most visable color was WHITE--#2 color was BLUE--#3 was YELLOW or ORANGE..
But the most interesting part of the whole study was at the end when they had all the students together to give them their pay they also had a roundtable discussion..some of the students looked at their results and said "if this study is for safety maybe the best thing to wear is "Camo"for it seems over 60 percent of the time the students did not see each other in the woods..As one of them said "hey if they can,t see me they can,t shoot me..Interesting thought..
The rest is very interesting reading but lets get to the point..
Wa Game and fish then came out in the papers telling about an extensive study that recommends hunters wear Orange and Game and Fish will impliment it..That whole study was just a RUSE...
The people were outraged and most of all the people who done the study were mad as hell because they were used..and it was never recommended...Game and Fish would not retract what they said- so even under threat of a lawsuit they gave the study to the Seattle times and all hell broke loose...So Game and Fish just to calm things down fired the head of their Public information Dept head...Poor guy ..No-- not quite..The next year he was hired by Idaho Game and Fish and has been feeding the people the same type of crap and is due to retire with a huge pension...You ought to hear some of the garbage he feeds people on those wolves they jammed down the peoples throats...I,ve been going to Idaho for 30 years so my information is first hand ..The moral to this story simply put is Game and Fish are accomplished liars in all states and John Q Public needs to question EVERYTHING they say...
I would dearly love to get the web site going,but I really think people are afraid of retaliation...and thats sad,because people you are supposed to be their BOSS not the other way around..So if you are sitting on your ass waiting for the other guy to do it I have some news for you--YOU are the other guy......

Well this week has sure been a hot one..Almost 100 several days around here..I notice the critters don't even come up until almost dark..I was glad to see some of my hens come up with their new brood..Only from one to four little guys..I suspect the wet weather had alot to do with it...Have you ever wondered how the MDC comes up with their figures on the amount of game in the state???I have asked my neighbors over the years if they have ever been contacted by the MDC and asked about the amount of deer and turkey they see and the answer is always NO followed by "I wouldn't tell those SOBs anyway..They are not welcome here..I know personally for years I have video taped the critters on my place and never come close to the stuff I see in print..Kind of like the reports on fishing you read about..You get skunked and your buddies are catching nothing,but the paper says fishing is great,but if you look at who wrote the report its always a resort or guide or something along that line that benefits them..They are not going to say fishing stinks stay home...They all want your money..I kind of think the same way about the MDC and all states for that matter..I have worked in several states for Game and fish and I know some good stories...and I am sure there are people out there that can top me..I was hoping this blog might get some of them on line,but I guess this blog is in the wrong spot....I was just hoping to get enough people interested in saving their rights so I could put a web site up.I just hope people are not saying anything out of fear of retaliation...

Maybe its time to Fine the Judges

It has been brought to my attention once again about the MDC abuse of powers and authority..
We have all read in MDC rules and newspaper publication about how the MDC wants to get rid of wild hogs completely..They say such things like shoot on sight -no limit-NO LICENSE-(except during deer season)etc..but once again they have tried to take over another property owners rules and regs it seems...BUT
As it turns out the USFS takes a man to court for hunting hogs on forest service land without their proper permits...Not the MDC-- who has consistently claimed to have the say on National forest land Hunting...I noticed not one letter was ever sent to the News media for clarification...A quick check with the Forest service will tell you plain and simple they can do what they want when they want...They can close all hunting or even open hunting when they want..Not the MDC...I guess a good case in point is a few years ago in the Northwest states some Gov,t genius decided to turn loose Wolves and no-one could do a dam thing about it..Now they are out of control and the people are taking care of it and keeping their mouth shut..Now something is rotten when a person has to sneak around their own property like a thief because some "brainless Judge" abuse of power...
More than one person thinks its time to hold these Judges responsible for decisions that clearly are against the law.Like some sort of a commitee that can fine them or "can" them right now with no benefits..I am amazed at how many people think you have to a lawyer to be a Judge..Not true..The best Judges MO ever had were not Lawyers...Had an old timer tell me once He wouldn,t trade a ton of Lawyers for a pound of common sense which now adays seem to be lacking in todays law....
Now heres a novel idea..Property owners do NOT have to open their property to hunting When the MDC wants..Lets close all private property to hunting for few years with the owners taking what they need from THEIR land.Maybe when they run out of money from the 90% of people who hunt on other peoples land they will give the property owners the respect they deserve...Let the MDC see how many people will buy a license to hunt on state land...
I mean hey look property owners the MDC is taking money from people that are using your land to hunt on and you don,t get a dime for those food plots and whatever you do to keep the "critters"there...I know many people pay the landowner but the MDC sits there like a parasite taking in money off of your labor and then has the guts to say you are too stupid to manage your land..
What ever happened to the MDC works for us and not us for them..Give it some thought...

The MDC is out of control how do we stop them

Well if you haven't figured it out by now I feel sorry for you,but to sum it up everything points to the MDC as being a "socialist-communist"government within a Government and this is nation wide...They have defied constitution law both state and federal..when it comes to Property rights and Liberty to make a choice... their motto seems to be" The MDC is all knowing and all good come to us for help..
Have you noticed the MDC seems to be geared toward the under 50 generation(which I refer to as the "I don't give a dam put it on my credit card generation"Nothing for the older Folks who for half a century or more paid their dues..
You think maybe they would give them a little season of their own for a few days..What does the MDC do..They make a season for babies NOT YOUTH..Most lookups will consider a youth from 15 to 18 NOT 6 yrs old...What the MDC did was create a whole new type of "poacher"a Daddy poacher..I don't know how that happened but most people were dead set against that season and what did the MDC do ??They gave them another one in January..I mean they can not read or write or spell and the MDC says its OK as long as their with an 18 yr old with the same qualifactions but then to put their picture in the paper standing next to a 20 point Buck with a 270 taller than the kid and captioned "little Suzy with her first Buck shot at 3 miles or something other ridiculous ..Get real..We know who shot that Deer...
You have to shake your head in the first place and ask yourself what kind a parent would ever subject a baby to high powered rifle..talk about child abuse..
And then shake your head again as to what kind of Game Dept would sanction such crap..unless there is an underlying motive of "brainwashing these kids as young as possible to the MDC way of thinking.My question is how do we stop it..The MDC is out of control...

What has the MDC done for you lately??

Well if you haven,t sat down and figured it out lately to sum it up the MDC has one (socialist-communist)goal..To take over complete control of all private property and how it is used..In other words the hell with State and National constitutions...

So you are against gun registration

Well I have some bad news for you people..One of the many tricks of the MDC to find out where the guns are is to start a "phoney program called Hunter education"all under the guise of "you are too stupid" and the MDC will tell you what to do..Not only that- its another program used to "brainwash"the unthinking public..Just like the hunter orange..To get those people who are born after 1/1/67 to believe that the MDC is all knowing and all good..
Do you people realize that all information all surveys and all stories come from the MDC and not independent studys...Does anyone remember a few years back when the hunting seasons were published they also put in the so called "accidents""from the previous year..
Don,t see them any more..It seems some one took them to task and found out they were mostly fabricated and there had not been a rifle "accident" for years and the ones that could be proven showed they were all wearing "orange"MDC don,t want that published..
This happens in all states and they all have a person (department)called the public information officer..or something along those lines..Their sole job is to make the public believe every thing they read is the gospel truth(for lack of a better word)
So lets go back to the top of the page..What if the MDC said we want all people born after 1967 to register their guns with us before getting a license...
I get a funny feeling the response would be some thing along the line of "GO TO HELL"
One thing the MDC has done is scare the newspapers into printing any piece of crap they want and when John Q.Public contacts the paper with a rebuttle they will usually not print it..
The papers will always tell you they will not publish any letter that is not authored or signed by the writer,but yet letters come to the local papers in Ozark county,Douglas,Wright and many others all signed by the local "Game wardens"and they are identical word for word,but every bit of the article was written once again by Public information office...Like all good "commies" would do..
There is a local writer called Larry Dablemont who cliams to know all kind of stuff against the MDC but says he can,t print it because he would lose his columns in all the Newspapers and the MDC is behind it...But then again he may be saying that just to fill his own pocket...
The way the MDC is slowly creeping in and throwing the constitution in the garbage is nothing new..They are copying Great Britain and other states...Thats how the "Brits"lost alot of their guns...I have more info than most people because I have a "brit" that hunts here...
I guess if I could sum up my feelings about most "hunters" I would say get off your dead asses quit complaining and lets get our rights back and if we have to use our guns for something else than protection and hunting then so be it...

These laws are primarily made for anyone to get PUBLIC information and are very useful when you just can,t seem to find out things like HOW,WHEN,WHY,WHO ETc....

Be forewarned that they MAY have a right to charge for certain things and you should check first...

The following is an actual request made to the MDC...which I am looking at right now..

According the the Missouri sunshine law and Freedom of information act the following documents are requested::
#1-Any and all that give the MDC the right to charge a property owner a fee to use his land to hunt on..
#2-When did this occur and what branch of Government authorized it????
#3-All documents that give the MDC the right to tell an individual what type and color clothes to wear..
#4-All documents that give an agent of the MDC the right to enter private property,homes,vechicles,barns,structures ,etc at their will to see if a person is properly Attired??

As one can see these questions were made to find out how the MDC is getting away with violations of the Constitution of MO and the USA..
I bet you are expecting a long confusing Political answer but this is a shocker and one of the main reasons for this blog..So here it is in its entirety..from the MDC

More constitution law violated by MDC

The following are laws from the MO constitution..

Section 10-due process of law--
That no person shall be deprived of life,liberty,or property
without due process of law..

This was also mentioned in section 10-To me and many others it means I have the right (liberty) to make choices any choice as long as I do not hurt somebody if you get the drift..on my own property..Like what clothes to wear,what "critters I want around(not armadillos for sure)lots of deer and turkey for eating and pleasure..The MDC says no way they will make the choices for you...wheres the liberty..Smells like a "commie" to me

Now as to depriving you of your property what is the difference whether it is taken away by eminet domain condemnation or the MDC telling you that you have to pay them to use your land and when and what you can use it for...Where is the due process of law for that???

Section 31-fines or imprisonment fixed by administrative agencies

That no law shall delegate to any commission,bureau,board or other administrative agency authority to make any rule fixing a fine or imprisonment as punishment for its violations....

Wait a second-Then what the hell is the MDC doing if not fineing people for its RULES..
When I jumped a state representative and said "I ,d like a list of representatives who are making these rules and fines he squinted and said we don,t do that the MDC does...So I,m guessing the MDC has its own constitution because it sure don,t use the one I,m reading--and the judges are in bed with them...

Section 1-Source of politcal power-origin,basis,and aim of government

That all political power is vested in and derived from the people;that all government of right originates from the people;is founded upon their will only,and is instituted solely for the good of the whole...

What that means to me is I believe is that the people should be the ones who make the laws by Voting and telling their representatives..Then how does the MDC get away with making its own government???Where do they get the power to have a property owner PAY to use their OWN PROPERTY..That needs to be answered..

Section 2-Promotion of general welfare-natural rights of persons-equality under the law-purpose of government...

That all constitutional government is intended to promote the general welfare of the people;that all persons have a natural right to life,liberty,the pursuit of happiness and the enjoyment of the gains of their own industry;that all persons are created equal and are entitled to equal rights and opportunity under the law;that to give security to these things is the principal office of the government;and that when government does not confer this security,it fails in its chief design....

What that means to me is first-right to life speaks for itself..liberty the right to make a choice for myself-like what type of clothes and what color to wear at any time of the year--

years ago states including MO tried to get hunters to wear a sign on their back saying Deer Hunter..That didn,t fly so then they started this hunter orange for safety...It has nothing to do with safety and the only figures the public will get is from the MDC..Its just a different sign on your back that lets them sit in a pick-up truck and look for hunters...

Now as to pursuit of happiness and gains from it to me means that I worked my butt off and finally got to be a landowner-and now I can do what I want on the land like feed myself and family...take walks to watch "critters"without someone chasing me off or competing with the crowds..cutting firewood ,not buying it and managing the land and wildlife for ME..Not the MDC..EXAMPLE on my land you will not be hunting turkey during nesting season Unlike the MDC which lets it happen just to get money from the hunters that like to call Gobblers..So then when there is a bad "hatch" they blame it on the weather(not the fact the Males were shot before breeding....

Next time two more laws the MDC totally ignors and a way to get the MDC to answer questions..

We are lucky that here in MO we have a constitution that gives the area in which the MDC is supposed to operate but does not...The following is section 40(a) of the constitution..

Conservation Commission,members,qualifications,terms,how appointed-duties of commission-expense of members..

The control,management,restoration,conservation and regulation of the bird,fish,game,forestry and all wildlife resources of the state including hatcheries,sanctuaries,refuges,reservations and all other property owned acquired or used for such purposes,and the acquisition and establishment thereof,and the administration of all laws pertaining thereto,shall be vested in a conservation commission consisiting of four members appointed by the governor, by and with the advice and consent of the senate,not more than two of whom shall be of the same politcal party..The members shall have knowledge of and interest in wildlife conservation..The members shall hold terms of office for six years beginning on the first day of July of consecutive odd years.Two of the terms shall be concurrent;one shall begin two years before and one two years after the concurrent terms.If the governor fails to fill a vacancy within 30 days ,the remaining members shall fill the vacancy for the expired term..The members shall recieve no salary or other compensation for their services as members,but shall recieve their necessary traveling and other expenses incurred while actually engaged in the discharge of theie duties...

I am sure anyone that can read can see that there is no mention of the word private property in there and it clearly states the MDC manages only state OWNED property..
Next time we will give more constitution law they and the JUDGES are breaking..

MDC ignores the Constitution

It is everybodys dream in the USA of owning your own piece of ground..and suposedly the constitutions of the US and Missouri guarantee that...Thats what makes this country NOT a communistic one..But what I might ask do you do when you have an agency in a state that says you can not use your property the way you see fit and"the gains from it "as the constitution guarantees...If you want to feed your family from your property don,t you have that right??If not isn,t that just a form of eminent domain and condemnation of your use ...Thats what the MDC is doing..And when they claim ownership of all game and fish on your land,just what would you call that..Don,t you have to prove ownership before you can claim it???What if it is proven and you tell the Owner to remove all said animals and they do not...The law then says they belong to the property owner..Anytime an agency can come and do the afore mentioned then in most people eyes that is a communist action...by the MDC and should be stopped.
As to the Judges who will not make the MDC adhere and follow the constitution there needs to be a way to get rid of them now on the spot!!!!!
There are rules in the constitution as to the MDC operation which I will include next time...

It seems that this country,s people have knuckled under to every Gov,t Dept there is..What I mean I guess is the attitude they take towards local and national gov,t..No-one wants to fight them..and it seems that COMMUNISM has really taken a foothold,especially in Game and fish Depts..Its bad enough when you can longer make a decision to wear a seatbelt or helmet(thats,called personal choice) but when a Game Dept takes away my right to own property and the gains from it then I fight...People have been so "brainwashed"they think its perfectly alright to pay to hunt on their OWN property..Not this guy!!!The MDC has not done a dam thing to give them that right..These critters are here because people like me give them the forest for cover...Trees for their winter acorns-food plots to help them along.We give them a place to live...and in return we take a few for our family so we can live the rest of the year..City folk have a hard time understanding until they spend time in the woods...They always come back..

The MDC puts out this beautiful magazine and last month they had pages of how if it were not for them there would not be any deer or turkey...Not one mention they got all the game from private citizens...That just stinks of communism....If you don,t know what communism is go look it up...The original MDC people were hired to get game from other parts of the state to help put things back in order...Now that is done go and manage the States Lands and property and leave the good people of Missouri alone...Most of us will do just fine without MDC.I hope we can talk about some of there dumb laws next time...
