Hows this for dumb and dumber

Once again your feeble minded MDC has sent an article to all rag newspapers who blindly print their crap and as usual they sign the name of some local moron conservation agent who never wrote a word of it..Here it goes word for word-
We have state statues pertaining to removal of plants from state and couunty highways and roadway right of ways..In general it makes it illegal to dig or remove any plants or plant parts from those right of ways..OXYMORON #1--However they do allow the collection of seeds,fruit,nuts ,berries,edible wild greens or flowering parts of plants for personal use or educational is OK..DUH aren;t they plant parts??As conservation agents its our job to protect these resources..
Alright Mr MDC agent I,ll tell you what to do.Go lay on the right away and see if those county and state bush-hogs don;t remove you and your plants and if you survive give them a ticket for removing plant parts..
