4 fawns holy smoke

We have all heard the saying "I thought I saw everything" So when I say it again it will not be some thing new.I have the unique situation on my place of being able to watch generations of deer come to eat and graze..I know who they are and how old they are because they have been coming for years..
I can tell one from the other because of the scars they have from barb wire fences..Things have been weird for my does.My grandma doe as I call her had NO fawns this year and her doe from 2 years ago also did not have a fawn, but grandma doe from last years still comes up with her buck fawn from last year.Has a weird rack. Big and twice as long on one side with 3 small points and just a short spike on the other. Now his great -great grandma still comes up,but this year I figured it might be her last from the way she looked.
She had no fawns this spring either .I could see she also had no udder with milk so it was not a case of her losing her fawn and all summer she just kept getting fatter.Never seen a deer that big.I figured she had cancer of some sort.About the last wek in July she no longer came up with her grand kids to visit and the wife and I figured time had run its course..
Then the end of the first week in August to our amazement we see another deer come up with the regulars and its Her and she is a lot slimmer and to my unbelief she has a huge udder. The old gal had a fawn somewhere ands its the middle of AUGUST which means she was bred in January..
Its gets better.I was out a few days ago working on my blinds when a deer jumps up runs a few feet and stops. She does not move until I do so I figure shes hiding a fawn.I get a good look and it is great-great grandma and when I look where she was I get the suprise you can not believe.I see 1 head 2 heads 3 heads 4 heads holy smoke---4 fawns, first time I ever saw that.Hope they get thru the winter.
