Its time for dog control

For all you dog lovers out there like me I have a question for you- especially the ones with hounds and other large dogs..Do you keep your dogs penned up or do you just look the other way while your dogs disappear for hours ,all night or even days..or are you the type that "bitches"when someone tells you what your dogs are doing.Are you the guy that always says it can,t be my dog it wouldn;t hurt a fly..Where in the hell do you people get off letting them dogs run and terrorize people,animals and property and when someone shoots the dam dog you want to sue..I,ve had 3 dogs in my life and they lived a combined total of 58 years because I watched enjoyed and took care of them..
I have searched the internet on figures for the amount of animals that dogs kill but really got nowhere..but in my opinion they probably kill more game than all hunters put together and no one is doing a dam thing about it.Its always after the fact that something gets done..MAYBE
Once again the MDC has put an article in the papers that is pure bullshit and if I had known I would have donated to this 81 year old mans defense..They say that the only people who can shoot a dog is CATTLEMEN...and then they said that MO statue 578.012 says that you can not kill a dog..Statue 578.012 is the cruelty to animals statue..starving -poisoning-no water etc is cruel,but shooting one is usually the final option when all else has failed..
Now on the other hand MO statue 273.033 is the statue that gives you the rules to kill a dog if the sheriff or MDC does not do its job...
So here is my message to all you so called dog lovers.If you REALLY care about whatever pet you have- keep them home cause I and everyone else don,t want them digging my garden,chasing my critters or chasing me..When that happens they are GONE
