This rule does not apply to landowners

The other half brought home a MDC phamlet the other day which occasionally I glance at,but this time the wife says to me look at this and tell me what you think it means..I did and I must admit again I had to scratch my head on this one.So I,ll print it and see what you think??
Artificial lights may be used only to hunt bullfrogs and green frogs,or to hunt raccoons and other furbearing animals when treed with the aid of dogs..Using lights or any night vision or thermal imagery equipment to search for,spot,illuminate,harass or disturb other wildlife is a violation of the wildlife code..This rule does not apply to landowners on their own property..
Well to me that means the MDC has no right on private property and they know it..What do you think??

People are Brainwashed

It seems that you tell people something enough times and long enough they start to believe it..that folks is called "brainwashing"and that is the reason for the Constitution of Missouri..but as usual the lawyers and our Representatives totally abuse it..There seems to be alot of people who want to do something with the MDC but nobody it seems wants to take back their personal and property rights..Its always we should get rid of this guy and that guy..YOU CANNOT do it that way..The whole entire MDC needs to be gone from top to bottom...People have seemed to forget that ALL the conservation is being done by the private citizens-NOT the MDC..I am sure you have read about how many deer and turkey we have..My question to you is when the hell did anyone from the MDC come on your land and count?????I don't even know for sure how many is on my land but I sure as hell know more than the MDC does...People need to study what communism is and then take a good look at the policies of the MDC..It is run like an communist agenda..They have only one goal and that is to take over total control of all private property by useing your money against you.PLEASE PLEASE read and understand the Missouri constitution..and demand all Judges abide by it..You have the right to hunt and fish anytime you want on YOUR OWN property and you can go naked if you feel like it..and by the way if you read the dictionary "POACHING" is defined as stealing anothers game..

Does anyone give a dam anymore

Howdy-I sure hope that some of this blog is getting someone out there riled up enough to go and check out what the MDC is trying to do to your constitutional rights..Why is it the older I get the more I notice the younger Generation does not seem to give a dam about nothing else unless it concerns cell phones-texting-computer games and something to do with electronics..I know there are exceptions out there but I have not found one yet..I most definitly blame the parents for that..The same parents that put this country in the shape it is because they just could not wait to save enough money for what they wanted they had to put it on a credit card..Well I have bad news for them you can not put your constitutional rights on a credit card..Since there is no such thing as REPRESENTATIVES of the people anymore we may have to get rifles out and go back and do it the way the pioneers did..I have not spoke too one person who even knew about RSOM chapter 252 so they surely did not call up the MDC and say OK you can have my constitutional rights..Now people are going to have to fight to get them back..There was also in August 2009 on the same day passed RSOM chapter 590 which is the formation of a civilian review board which basically is a watchdog for law enforcment abuse of powers..This can help against the MDC because they have given their agents the same powers and more than the Sheriff...We most assuredly need some way to stop some of the ABUSE the MDC is giving private properety owners...If you know of an incident where they MDC has abused their authority there is a site called Ozark property rights congress in Mountain Grove..Tell them about it..www.ozarksprc.com

THE NEW HEAD OF THE MDC IS JUST ANOTHER HOSKINS

It looks like we have a new Guy at the top of the MDC..Hoskins you won't be missed..After reading his letter to the readers in the Missouri conservationist it appears the only real difference between Robert Ziehmer and Hoskins is their age..Right off the bat he starts in by saying how great the MDC was in responding to the peoples wishes and taught ethics to many thousands of people..I get the feeling he does not have clue to the meaning ethics..When this MDC was created the people who made the constitution of Missouri with forthought worded it so the MDC could not ride roughshod over personal and property rights..Since then the MDC has raised themselves to the status of some sort of GODS..and when your state representatives rubber stamped RSOM chapter 252..they want all and every constitutional right you have and if people don't get off their dead asses and do something there will be a war..Did you know that in part of chapter 252 the MDC claims the ownership of the meat in your freezer and that mounted deer head you have...

Send the Missouri Dept of "commies" the bill

Well can you believe it-2009 is gone..I would like to think the people of Missouri would like to start the new year off by taking back their rights..which I have not given up by the way..One resolution for 2010 should be that since MDC claims all ownership of anything that walks crawls or flies that they should have the same responsibility as anyone else when it comes to damage caused by something you claim ownershipship too..you pay for the damages..If an armadillo comes and damages your yard send the bill to the MDC..they own it...If you hit a deer send them the bill..People you have to read RSOM chapter 252 and ask your representatives what the hell were they thinking by passing something that tramples the constitution..Hopefully we can still find an honest Judge who will uphold the peoples rights and not some scumbag lawyer judge who goes to the highest bidder..By the way in this country and others there is something in the law called-CONSTRUCTIVE POSSESSION which means the landowner has possession of wild animals on his property...

The MDC takes away all Constitution Rights AUGUST 28-2009

People August 28 2009 is a day that every person in Missouri should know about and read about,but once again your local newspapers think its not as newsworthy as say Tiger Woods sex exploits...August 28 2009 is the day that YOUR state legislators gave away all your Missouri constitutional rights and National rights..To the Missouri Dept of Conservation by passing the revised statues of Missouri Chapter 252..It takes away every constitutional right you thought you had..I mean your freedom of choice -property ownership-your Liberty to do as you please with your acreage and you have lost the right of having anyone to come on your property to search and sieze without a warrant...Most people dont know that article 1-in Missouri constititution basically says any laws that effect the people of this state most come from the people..I personally do not know of one person who was told of -or read this RSMO 252..Our legislators did this once again behind our backs..
Back in 1936 when the people decided to create this Dept they clearly put in the Missouri constitution section 40(a)designating the powers of the MDC is only for MDC owned property..not for private property...by then people were smart enough to know how to control the wildlife on their property and had the means to get around quick enough to stop the meat hunters(poachers)..
Now under Chapter 252 the MDC claims ownership of all that walks-flies-swims-or crawls-and the land under it...Which means people you don't own it anymore...

The MDC fabricating story's again

Looks like the Missouri Dept of "Commies" is at it again..I Was sitting in a waiting room and picked up the paper and saw the following article..The MDC recorded 4 firearms related DEER HUNTING INCIDENTS ONE WAS FATAL One hunter leaned his 12 gauge shotgun against a tree and it fell over and went off and a pellet hit his hand..Next 2 guys were showing each other how to load a rifle when it went off -ricochet off a trailer and a piece hit him in the leg..Next guy grabbed his rifle while getting out of a vechicle and the gun went off hitting his elbow-the last report says a hunter was taking his rifle off his shoulder on a sling when he grabbed the trigger and it went off killing his buddy...
The point is what the hell does the afore mentioned have to do with DEER HUNTING but once again the MDC will put this crap in their records as Deer hunting accidents with rifles...
People this is how they fabricate all this crap and then say "it would be much worse if your not wrapped up in Orange""If people had somewhere else to go rather than the MDC propaganda sites they just might find out that over the years almost all the people shot in a "real" hunting accident were wearing orange..When someone shoots at something and that bullet hits an object and goes some where else it don't care what color you are wearing..Most of these accidents are caused by too short a season and shoot anything that moves regulations instead of Buck or Doe only ..Give it some thought ..and anyone who mistakes a human being for a deer or turkey should be locked up....
