We are lucky that here in MO we have a constitution that gives the area in which the MDC is supposed to operate but does not...The following is section 40(a) of the constitution..

Conservation Commission,members,qualifications,terms,how appointed-duties of commission-expense of members..

The control,management,restoration,conservation and regulation of the bird,fish,game,forestry and all wildlife resources of the state including hatcheries,sanctuaries,refuges,reservations and all other property owned acquired or used for such purposes,and the acquisition and establishment thereof,and the administration of all laws pertaining thereto,shall be vested in a conservation commission consisiting of four members appointed by the governor, by and with the advice and consent of the senate,not more than two of whom shall be of the same politcal party..The members shall have knowledge of and interest in wildlife conservation..The members shall hold terms of office for six years beginning on the first day of July of consecutive odd years.Two of the terms shall be concurrent;one shall begin two years before and one two years after the concurrent terms.If the governor fails to fill a vacancy within 30 days ,the remaining members shall fill the vacancy for the expired term..The members shall recieve no salary or other compensation for their services as members,but shall recieve their necessary traveling and other expenses incurred while actually engaged in the discharge of theie duties...

I am sure anyone that can read can see that there is no mention of the word private property in there and it clearly states the MDC manages only state OWNED property..
Next time we will give more constitution law they and the JUDGES are breaking..

MDC ignores the Constitution

It is everybodys dream in the USA of owning your own piece of ground..and suposedly the constitutions of the US and Missouri guarantee that...Thats what makes this country NOT a communistic one..But what I might ask do you do when you have an agency in a state that says you can not use your property the way you see fit and"the gains from it "as the constitution guarantees...If you want to feed your family from your property don,t you have that right??If not isn,t that just a form of eminent domain and condemnation of your use ...Thats what the MDC is doing..And when they claim ownership of all game and fish on your land,just what would you call that..Don,t you have to prove ownership before you can claim it???What if it is proven and you tell the Owner to remove all said animals and they do not...The law then says they belong to the property owner..Anytime an agency can come and do the afore mentioned then in most people eyes that is a communist action...by the MDC and should be stopped.
As to the Judges who will not make the MDC adhere and follow the constitution there needs to be a way to get rid of them now on the spot!!!!!
There are rules in the constitution as to the MDC operation which I will include next time...

It seems that this country,s people have knuckled under to every Gov,t Dept there is..What I mean I guess is the attitude they take towards local and national gov,t..No-one wants to fight them..and it seems that COMMUNISM has really taken a foothold,especially in Game and fish Depts..Its bad enough when you can longer make a decision to wear a seatbelt or helmet(thats,called personal choice) but when a Game Dept takes away my right to own property and the gains from it then I fight...People have been so "brainwashed"they think its perfectly alright to pay to hunt on their OWN property..Not this guy!!!The MDC has not done a dam thing to give them that right..These critters are here because people like me give them the forest for cover...Trees for their winter acorns-food plots to help them along.We give them a place to live...and in return we take a few for our family so we can live the rest of the year..City folk have a hard time understanding until they spend time in the woods...They always come back..

The MDC puts out this beautiful magazine and last month they had pages of how if it were not for them there would not be any deer or turkey...Not one mention they got all the game from private citizens...That just stinks of communism....If you don,t know what communism is go look it up...The original MDC people were hired to get game from other parts of the state to help put things back in order...Now that is done go and manage the States Lands and property and leave the good people of Missouri alone...Most of us will do just fine without MDC.I hope we can talk about some of there dumb laws next time...
