The MDC is out of control how do we stop them

Well if you haven't figured it out by now I feel sorry for you,but to sum it up everything points to the MDC as being a "socialist-communist"government within a Government and this is nation wide...They have defied constitution law both state and federal..when it comes to Property rights and Liberty to make a choice... their motto seems to be" The MDC is all knowing and all good come to us for help..
Have you noticed the MDC seems to be geared toward the under 50 generation(which I refer to as the "I don't give a dam put it on my credit card generation"Nothing for the older Folks who for half a century or more paid their dues..
You think maybe they would give them a little season of their own for a few days..What does the MDC do..They make a season for babies NOT YOUTH..Most lookups will consider a youth from 15 to 18 NOT 6 yrs old...What the MDC did was create a whole new type of "poacher"a Daddy poacher..I don't know how that happened but most people were dead set against that season and what did the MDC do ??They gave them another one in January..I mean they can not read or write or spell and the MDC says its OK as long as their with an 18 yr old with the same qualifactions but then to put their picture in the paper standing next to a 20 point Buck with a 270 taller than the kid and captioned "little Suzy with her first Buck shot at 3 miles or something other ridiculous ..Get real..We know who shot that Deer...
You have to shake your head in the first place and ask yourself what kind a parent would ever subject a baby to high powered rifle..talk about child abuse..
And then shake your head again as to what kind of Game Dept would sanction such crap..unless there is an underlying motive of "brainwashing these kids as young as possible to the MDC way of thinking.My question is how do we stop it..The MDC is out of control...

What has the MDC done for you lately??

Well if you haven,t sat down and figured it out lately to sum it up the MDC has one (socialist-communist)goal..To take over complete control of all private property and how it is used..In other words the hell with State and National constitutions...

So you are against gun registration

Well I have some bad news for you people..One of the many tricks of the MDC to find out where the guns are is to start a "phoney program called Hunter education"all under the guise of "you are too stupid" and the MDC will tell you what to do..Not only that- its another program used to "brainwash"the unthinking public..Just like the hunter orange..To get those people who are born after 1/1/67 to believe that the MDC is all knowing and all good..
Do you people realize that all information all surveys and all stories come from the MDC and not independent studys...Does anyone remember a few years back when the hunting seasons were published they also put in the so called "accidents""from the previous year..
Don,t see them any more..It seems some one took them to task and found out they were mostly fabricated and there had not been a rifle "accident" for years and the ones that could be proven showed they were all wearing "orange"MDC don,t want that published..
This happens in all states and they all have a person (department)called the public information officer..or something along those lines..Their sole job is to make the public believe every thing they read is the gospel truth(for lack of a better word)
So lets go back to the top of the page..What if the MDC said we want all people born after 1967 to register their guns with us before getting a license...
I get a funny feeling the response would be some thing along the line of "GO TO HELL"
One thing the MDC has done is scare the newspapers into printing any piece of crap they want and when John Q.Public contacts the paper with a rebuttle they will usually not print it..
The papers will always tell you they will not publish any letter that is not authored or signed by the writer,but yet letters come to the local papers in Ozark county,Douglas,Wright and many others all signed by the local "Game wardens"and they are identical word for word,but every bit of the article was written once again by Public information office...Like all good "commies" would do..
There is a local writer called Larry Dablemont who cliams to know all kind of stuff against the MDC but says he can,t print it because he would lose his columns in all the Newspapers and the MDC is behind it...But then again he may be saying that just to fill his own pocket...
The way the MDC is slowly creeping in and throwing the constitution in the garbage is nothing new..They are copying Great Britain and other states...Thats how the "Brits"lost alot of their guns...I have more info than most people because I have a "brit" that hunts here...
I guess if I could sum up my feelings about most "hunters" I would say get off your dead asses quit complaining and lets get our rights back and if we have to use our guns for something else than protection and hunting then so be it...

These laws are primarily made for anyone to get PUBLIC information and are very useful when you just can,t seem to find out things like HOW,WHEN,WHY,WHO ETc....

Be forewarned that they MAY have a right to charge for certain things and you should check first...

The following is an actual request made to the MDC...which I am looking at right now..

To the MDC
According the the Missouri sunshine law and Freedom of information act the following documents are requested::
#1-Any and all that give the MDC the right to charge a property owner a fee to use his land to hunt on..
#2-When did this occur and what branch of Government authorized it????
#3-All documents that give the MDC the right to tell an individual what type and color clothes to wear..
#4-All documents that give an agent of the MDC the right to enter private property,homes,vechicles,barns,structures ,etc at their will to see if a person is properly Attired??

As one can see these questions were made to find out how the MDC is getting away with violations of the Constitution of MO and the USA..
I bet you are expecting a long confusing Political answer but this is a shocker and one of the main reasons for this blog..So here it is in its entirety..from the MDC

Now what the hell kind of an answer is that!!!!!I,ll tell you what kind-the kind you get from a bunch of "commies"or maybe a king...I mean if anyone ever reads this they ought to be getting a little "pissed" about now....
How can you go after these people at the MDC when they can not or won,t give the information needed..

I hope some day some one will have the guts or sense to get on this blog and give some more information so me and a few others can go after the MDC and get our rights back and have them work for the people NOT the people for them....

More constitution law violated by MDC

The following are laws from the MO constitution..

Section 10-due process of law--
That no person shall be deprived of life,liberty,or property
without due process of law..

This was also mentioned in section 10-To me and many others it means I have the right (liberty) to make choices any choice as long as I do not hurt somebody if you get the drift..on my own property..Like what clothes to wear,what "critters I want around(not armadillos for sure)lots of deer and turkey for eating and pleasure..The MDC says no way they will make the choices for you...wheres the liberty..Smells like a "commie" to me

Now as to depriving you of your property what is the difference whether it is taken away by eminet domain condemnation or the MDC telling you that you have to pay them to use your land and when and what you can use it for...Where is the due process of law for that???

Section 31-fines or imprisonment fixed by administrative agencies

That no law shall delegate to any commission,bureau,board or other administrative agency authority to make any rule fixing a fine or imprisonment as punishment for its violations....

Wait a second-Then what the hell is the MDC doing if not fineing people for its RULES..
When I jumped a state representative and said "I ,d like a list of representatives who are making these rules and fines he squinted and said we don,t do that the MDC does...So I,m guessing the MDC has its own constitution because it sure don,t use the one I,m reading--and the judges are in bed with them...

We have some actual documents put to the MDC and the UNBELIEVABLE answer..

Well here we are with a few more Constitution laws that the MDC feels not to adhere to..

Section 1-Source of politcal power-origin,basis,and aim of government

That all political power is vested in and derived from the people;that all government of right originates from the people;is founded upon their will only,and is instituted solely for the good of the whole...

What that means to me is I believe is that the people should be the ones who make the laws by Voting and telling their representatives..Then how does the MDC get away with making its own government???Where do they get the power to have a property owner PAY to use their OWN PROPERTY..That needs to be answered..

Section 2-Promotion of general welfare-natural rights of persons-equality under the law-purpose of government...

That all constitutional government is intended to promote the general welfare of the people;that all persons have a natural right to life,liberty,the pursuit of happiness and the enjoyment of the gains of their own industry;that all persons are created equal and are entitled to equal rights and opportunity under the law;that to give security to these things is the principal office of the government;and that when government does not confer this security,it fails in its chief design....

What that means to me is first-right to life speaks for itself..liberty the right to make a choice for myself-like what type of clothes and what color to wear at any time of the year--

years ago states including MO tried to get hunters to wear a sign on their back saying Deer Hunter..That didn,t fly so then they started this hunter orange for safety...It has nothing to do with safety and the only figures the public will get is from the MDC..Its just a different sign on your back that lets them sit in a pick-up truck and look for hunters...

We will give true facts on this subect later on..

Now as to pursuit of happiness and gains from it to me means that I worked my butt off and finally got to be a landowner-and now I can do what I want on the land like feed myself and family...take walks to watch "critters"without someone chasing me off or competing with the crowds..cutting firewood ,not buying it and managing the land and wildlife for ME..Not the MDC..EXAMPLE on my land you will not be hunting turkey during nesting season Unlike the MDC which lets it happen just to get money from the hunters that like to call Gobblers..So then when there is a bad "hatch" they blame it on the weather(not the fact the Males were shot before breeding....

Next time two more laws the MDC totally ignors and a way to get the MDC to answer questions..

We are lucky that here in MO we have a constitution that gives the area in which the MDC is supposed to operate but does not...The following is section 40(a) of the constitution..

Conservation Commission,members,qualifications,terms,how appointed-duties of commission-expense of members..

The control,management,restoration,conservation and regulation of the bird,fish,game,forestry and all wildlife resources of the state including hatcheries,sanctuaries,refuges,reservations and all other property owned acquired or used for such purposes,and the acquisition and establishment thereof,and the administration of all laws pertaining thereto,shall be vested in a conservation commission consisiting of four members appointed by the governor, by and with the advice and consent of the senate,not more than two of whom shall be of the same politcal party..The members shall have knowledge of and interest in wildlife conservation..The members shall hold terms of office for six years beginning on the first day of July of consecutive odd years.Two of the terms shall be concurrent;one shall begin two years before and one two years after the concurrent terms.If the governor fails to fill a vacancy within 30 days ,the remaining members shall fill the vacancy for the expired term..The members shall recieve no salary or other compensation for their services as members,but shall recieve their necessary traveling and other expenses incurred while actually engaged in the discharge of theie duties...

I am sure anyone that can read can see that there is no mention of the word private property in there and it clearly states the MDC manages only state OWNED property..
Next time we will give more constitution law they and the JUDGES are breaking..
