Send the Missouri Dept of "commies" the bill

Well can you believe it-2009 is gone..I would like to think the people of Missouri would like to start the new year off by taking back their rights..which I have not given up by the way..One resolution for 2010 should be that since MDC claims all ownership of anything that walks crawls or flies that they should have the same responsibility as anyone else when it comes to damage caused by something you claim ownershipship too..you pay for the damages..If an armadillo comes and damages your yard send the bill to the MDC..they own it...If you hit a deer send them the bill..People you have to read RSOM chapter 252 and ask your representatives what the hell were they thinking by passing something that tramples the constitution..Hopefully we can still find an honest Judge who will uphold the peoples rights and not some scumbag lawyer judge who goes to the highest bidder..By the way in this country and others there is something in the law called-CONSTRUCTIVE POSSESSION which means the landowner has possession of wild animals on his property...

The MDC takes away all Constitution Rights AUGUST 28-2009

People August 28 2009 is a day that every person in Missouri should know about and read about,but once again your local newspapers think its not as newsworthy as say Tiger Woods sex exploits...August 28 2009 is the day that YOUR state legislators gave away all your Missouri constitutional rights and National rights..To the Missouri Dept of Conservation by passing the revised statues of Missouri Chapter 252..It takes away every constitutional right you thought you had..I mean your freedom of choice -property ownership-your Liberty to do as you please with your acreage and you have lost the right of having anyone to come on your property to search and sieze without a warrant...Most people dont know that article 1-in Missouri constititution basically says any laws that effect the people of this state most come from the people..I personally do not know of one person who was told of -or read this RSMO 252..Our legislators did this once again behind our backs..
Back in 1936 when the people decided to create this Dept they clearly put in the Missouri constitution section 40(a)designating the powers of the MDC is only for MDC owned property..not for private property...by then people were smart enough to know how to control the wildlife on their property and had the means to get around quick enough to stop the meat hunters(poachers)..
Now under Chapter 252 the MDC claims ownership of all that walks-flies-swims-or crawls-and the land under it...Which means people you don't own it anymore...

The MDC fabricating story's again

Looks like the Missouri Dept of "Commies" is at it again..I Was sitting in a waiting room and picked up the paper and saw the following article..The MDC recorded 4 firearms related DEER HUNTING INCIDENTS ONE WAS FATAL One hunter leaned his 12 gauge shotgun against a tree and it fell over and went off and a pellet hit his hand..Next 2 guys were showing each other how to load a rifle when it went off -ricochet off a trailer and a piece hit him in the leg..Next guy grabbed his rifle while getting out of a vechicle and the gun went off hitting his elbow-the last report says a hunter was taking his rifle off his shoulder on a sling when he grabbed the trigger and it went off killing his buddy...
The point is what the hell does the afore mentioned have to do with DEER HUNTING but once again the MDC will put this crap in their records as Deer hunting accidents with rifles...
People this is how they fabricate all this crap and then say "it would be much worse if your not wrapped up in Orange""If people had somewhere else to go rather than the MDC propaganda sites they just might find out that over the years almost all the people shot in a "real" hunting accident were wearing orange..When someone shoots at something and that bullet hits an object and goes some where else it don't care what color you are wearing..Most of these accidents are caused by too short a season and shoot anything that moves regulations instead of Buck or Doe only ..Give it some thought ..and anyone who mistakes a human being for a deer or turkey should be locked up....

Close the youth seasons

About a week ago I was shown a picture of a 6 year old girl(looked like 4 ) that scared the hell out of me and just plain pissed me off..It was in a paper called the Ozark county times and I wish I could put it on the internet.The little baby was sitting in her so called"fathers"lap and had her lip and jaw laying on the receiver and her arm wrapped around the stock about 8 inches up from the back of the stock and the stock looked like it was on the Fathers chest???If anyone out there has ever been kicked by the recoil of a rifle especially with a scope you know what I am thinking about that poor liitle girl...and underneeth it had a caption Dad was going to have his girl use the same gun for his deer as he did and it was OK by the MDC...for youth season...According to what I read any youth is supposed to be capable of picking that rifle up and be physically able to control it..Like I said before there isn't a 6 year old on the planet that can stand up and shoot an average deer rifle in calibers like 30-06,308,270 and even a 243..and hit a paper plate at 25 yds..and what kind of a moron would subject a 6-7 or 8 year old to something like that...
Hey MDC where are you..There is a guy proving what ever one knows about this youth hunting season just being an early one for adults..Look at the picture its the proof....
Well guess what -I was just shown that paper yesterday and lo and behold here is a photo and it reads Nyla Landsdown 6 kills her first deer...We know who killed that deer..Enough said..
I still say close the youth season and the muzzelloader season and open the season for the whole month of November..That way John Q Public will not be jammed into what amounts to a 4 day season and a whole lot less amount of hunters will be out there making it safer and more enjoyable....If someone out there knows where I can put this photo on the internet let me know...

Has the Missouri Dept of commies lost its mind

I ran into a fellow the other day and for some reason he says to me..Your a hunter what do you think about that new law that says a 6 year old can go into a store and buy a hunting license..and go hunting by himself ,to which I replied"I have not even looked at the handbook they put out,but I don,t think you read it right or are you just trying to get me riled up and are funin with me.Well we chated for awhile and I made a point to get that book and I still can not believe what I saw...He was right.A 6 year old can get a license and go hunting without adult supervision ..What can I say..Missouri is noted for being the dumbest state in the country along with Arkansas..The MDC has lost its F---ing mind...I can,t even begin to imagine what the hell is going thru those people minds..and to add insult to injury once again they can get a buck tag for $8.50 and a doe tag for $3.50...

someday the headline might read Bowhunter shot from MDC helicopter

Nowadays it seems the people of this state and country have a hell of a time getting the news media to print the simple truth....and mainly-NO actually the #1 reason is Lawyers.Their entire life revolves around finding someone to sue and over the years they have turned the profession into the most hated scumbags on the planet..and its well deserved...they earned it..
There are 2 newspapers(for lack of something better to call them)which I will not buy down in Douglas county and Ozark county...Like the MDC they are "commie" oriented and will print every piece of CRAP that the MDC sends to them...If John Q.Public corrects them they absolutly will not print any letter or e-mail sent to them...Now it seems that a long time writer to these papers Larry Dablemont has exposed the MDC and these papers will not print it...These jackasses I guesss have never heard of checking out a story...If its not true don't print it--but if it is then your as guilty as those SOB,s at the MDC..So they leave the guys story out and what do they put in instead,once again a bunch of pure CRAPOLA on all they are doing to eliminate wild hogs...Like shooting them from a helicopter..Who the hell does the MDC think they are flying over head in a "copter" shooting anything..Maybe the MDC will get lucky and piss some guy off that is on his own property and get their ass shot down because from the air -they did not know where they were...I can see the headline "bowhunter found shot in national forest while hunting hogs"

The MDC ought to get their prioritys straight

Well here we go again with the MDC rant on wild hogs and all the destruction they cause...The only problem most guys I talk with is "where are these hogs we'd like to put some in the freezer...On the other hand the MDC protects the 2 most destructive animals in the state..Cattle and armadillos...I'd like to see a survey of people and ask the question which cause more damage in your place hogs or armadillos....Then I'd like to see the MDC release figures on the damage being done to the Quality of water supply by runoff from the cattle waste..Don't hold your breath..
