don,t find the cause "kill them"

Once again the MDC in its stupidity is not listening to the people.They found 1 deer in Taney county with CWD.They had some sort of a town meeting for lack of a better word to inform the people of what they were going to do..The private property owners were mostly against it .What was the MDC solution to this 1 deer with CWD .To draw a circle 1 mile around where this deer was killed and kill ALL the deer in the area.As many as 300-400 hundred!!!!!!That was tried in some other states and was a total failure.All it did was ruin the hunting for decades.Some resorts that depend on hunters to help them thru their lean time went belly up because no one was coming to where all the deer were slaughtered .Like one property owner said this was the rut and that deer could have come from miles away in just a matter of hours.You need to find out how this CWD starts and stop it there.
  In my many decades of hunting and observing  and research I still have it in the back of my mind that this CWD was not around until a foreign species was introduced..CATTLE..and maybe this CWD is a mutant of the mad cow disease..
   Can you imagine the MDC going to a cancer hospital and announcing  we have found a cure and then kills all the people.Then next week here comes another poor cancer person...

MDC to eliminate Rifle hunting

I have been hearing rumors for awhile but it appears the handwriting is on the wall..MDC will eliminate rifle hunting and it will be shotgun only..Hunters have only themselves to blame for letting the MDC take over your property rights and PERSONAL rights.
     It started long ago when they first told people they had to wear "Idiot Orange" because you are to stupid to take care of your self. Safest state in the country is still Idaho where it is not required and if any of you hunt there you know what I am saying is true.Almost zero people wear it and they come from all over the country..Missouri,s statistic do not hold up when you check for hunting accidents because they are including the morons sitting in a truck or house and that is not hunting...Orange does not help any there so why included it.Simple put they have to pump up there statisics to justify taking your rights..Its not legal to tell anyone how to dress PERIOD let alone the color.Whats to keep them from saying you have to wear black and white polka dots?????Judges that let them get away with this need to be FIRED;they are communists..There are laws that say they can not do this but no one is going after them.
  The law is strictly for finding YOU.
Now for the last few years they have been cutting back the rifle season to the shortest in the country.
That's your 2nd clue and giving The baby season more..Lets brainwash the kids because that's the MDC,s future money source.
Number 3 is lets make the so called archery season real long so the rifle guys will quit and then we will make them wear Orange too like other states are starting to do..How the hell can you call it archery when they have scopes,distance meters and a lot more..

Not many hunters like there used to be WHY ?

It may be well that Missouri is in trouble when it comes to deer and turkey..All the reports I have been getting from my area are poor..Now that does not mean the rest of the state is that way..No one seems to have an answer.No one is finding dead deer or turkeys carcases. In my county which will remain nameless in the month of October the MDC reported 3 yes three turkeys for the month..Now I know not many hunt the birds that month but last year it was 112..Are they truthful ????
  Deer hunting was tough this year in many places.First of all the main rut was very early.The second week of October about 2 weeks earlier this year..I know a lot of you think its November like the MDC tells you,but like I have said before if you start seeing fawns in late April and early May just count backwards 7 months.which is the gestation period.Its pretty much the same whether you are in New York or Idaho.I lived and hunted in both places..When I worked for a game dept out west we were told to make sure you tell if asked the rut was November even for the Elk which most Elk hunters know is BS. To make things even harder the weather was not the greatest and the leaves hung on all season which is very short for rifle hunters.They took a day from you and gave it to the kiddie daddy poaching season plus the kiddies get to hunt all the rest of the seasons...
    

They are dumb in Arkansas too

It seems a few weeks ago from the best info I can gather down in Northwest Arkansas in rifle deer season a 72 year old woman was shot..It was the usual answer "I thought it was a deer" Poor woman was just looking for mushrooms..but the articles insinuate she might not have been shot if she had on orange..Thats bullshit.Believe it or not there are more people out there that do NOT know about hunting seasons and why should they???/they do not hunt.I put a lot of the blame on these game departments for them giving these so called hunters a season where you do not have to look for antlers,just shoot and go see if you hit something..OH Hell its a person but its there fault cause they had no Orange on..I hunted Idaho for decades and their safety records are second to none. 65 percent of the hunters in Idaho are from out of state and you had better know what you are shooting at considering they have whitetail,mule deer,elk, moose, sheep,and cattle in someplaces..
   If you have the pleasure of going to hunt there you will see NO ONE wearing orange.Well when I visit other hunters at night they all seem to agree when they see something move they have to make sure first its the game they have a tag for and also its not another hunter because they are not wearing orange..Ask why don,t they since they have that choice most say I did not buy this camo to cover it up with orange..All that orange does is make it easy for the officers sitting in their rigs to spot you..

Free Mule deer hunting trip

I am thinking about starting a guide service again. .It will be for mule deer exclusively.It will include
Bow season as well as rifle season...as written in the MDC rules...I have been lucky enough to live in states that have all 3 major deer species and have a few in the record books.
In most states you have to draw for a tag and areas to be hunted are NOT state wide..Also season is just a few weeks and you can only choose one weapon..In Missouri license is over the counter-no drawings.We are number one in the country in these areas..
Here in Missouri we are so lucky to have a season that is almost 4 months either sex -state wide-and any weapon.. You know then we are loaded with Mulies or else the season would be somewhat shorter..
  In most states a guided Mule deer hunt is 3-5 days and runs 3 to 5 thousand dollars and stuff like packing and skinning etc are not included..Trot lining for turtles was an added bonus..
 My rates will be just a flat $1000 a day and includes packing and skinning and quartering and everything is FREE if you kill one with a 30 inch spread..The area to be hunted is Southern Missouri.
This year it was real slow for mulies. Everyone wanted to hunt whitetails..I wonder why.Some even laughed at me when I asked them if they wanted to hunt mule deer.
   That's about it for now. Phones ringing. Probably calling about the free mule deer hunting trip.

MDC should be closed down

These people at the MDC have no idea about conservation..They are just like every government group.They are in it for the money and benefits not the critters and lands..
  Most all of their knowledge comes from books written by someone else who claims to be an expert..
I,m an expert too but I am just going to be that expert on my own lands .But evidently I know a hell of a lot more than the MDC .
Why are people so eager to believe what these people say.MDC believes a turtle can go without air for more than 24 hours.If they did not they would stop the trot lines.I can not even attempt to guess the thousands of turtles killed every year..
    Then I have watched the complete destruction of a beautiful little river that had rainbows,smallmouth and hellbenders and everything else.For 10 years I have watched the county and a cement company bulldoze and load up the river bed gravel and haul it away.Now if you get a little dry spell the river drys up..
   Then we have their really dumb laws...If they see a person shoot a squirrel or rabbit out of THEIR
season they will most likely give you a ticket,but  you can kill anything you want without license or seasons if you do it the way I have been watching for weeks..I have seen these guys kill rabbits,chipmunks.foxes you name it and one day a pityful fawn on three legs with what was left of a leg dragging behind him. When momma leaves a fawn they will stay put till the last second.
  You have probably figured out by now who these guys are that are creating havoc to the critters..
guys on bulldozers who just plain do not give a shit about the wildlife. They want more land to put a non native species on..Hmmm by the way the MDC says that's against the law...what a laugh.
 Then in the next breath the MDC says we have to get rid of all the wild pigs they are not a native species they were brought here from another country..Well where in the hell do you think the cattle come from..
   Now that bulldozing has created a hell of a problem for me.More next time

kids with guns

As we all know lately in the news its been a big deal about school shootings. Kids on camera at the walkouts talking about some sort of gun control????
I,m against kids killing kids but what the hell do you do when your local wildlife agencies or whatever they call themselves encourage 5 and 6 year olds how to kill and use a gun and give them a license to do it !!!They can not read or write very well yet but mommy or daddy takes them out and tells them here dear just look thru here pull the trigger and whatever you hit will die.Now lets add a few years to these kids and don,t forget to give them a smart phone????and computer so they can insult each other and get mad and then try think about whats in that kids mind..He knows since 5 years old how to make things disappear by just pointing a gun and pulling the trigger and many times its on themselves..
    This next part is just for kids..If you really give a hoot about kids in school getting killed how about doing something for a situation that kills 20 or 30 times more kids than shootings and that can be controlled to good degree..and that,s motor vehicle accidents..So if all you school kids really want to cut way back on these killings I propose that kids can not get a drivers license until they graduate high school...
       So in conclusion it looks like all that marching on TV all you cared about was getting shot in school and not kids killing each other in other ways..
